A big soap with a big cast and lots of subplots. I've managed to plow my way
through 5 of the 28 volumes of this series, so as of this
writing I'm far, far away from being able to give a cohesive description of
the plot, other than it deals with two young men (Chow Yun-Fat and Chu Kong), their
girlfriends and the family matriarch's attempt to save the family garment
business after her husband is severely disabled during a shoot-out in a
restaurant.
I'll update it when I finally make it to the end of the series, if I don't die
of old age first.
